Yuto Tago is an experienced Managing Director and CEO at Hot Palette Holdings, the parent company of Pepper Lunch Restaurants with more than 500 locations in 15 countries and expanding rapidly globally. He has a demonstrated history of managing multiple companies in food & beverages, food manufacturing, and food trading industry.  A strong and passionate business professional who graduated from with an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
